Rows/columns cut off pasting Excel worksheet to Word due to margins.
Cause:
Word cuts off any row or column that exceeds its margins when a table is pasted or paste-linked into the document.
Solution:
Paste the spreadsheet as a Paste-linked object
1) In the Excel document copy the spreadsheet.
2) Open or return to the Word document.
3) Place the insertion point where the spreadsheet will be located.
4) Select the 'Edit' menu and select 'Paste Special...'.
5) In the 'As' list box select 'Formatted Text (RTF)'.
6) Select either the 'Paste' or 'Paste Link' radio button. (The spreadsheet is pasted into the document.)
